Fatal Traffic Collision

On May 4, 2007, at 7:44 pm, officers of the Riverside Police Department responded to a major injury traffic collision involving a single vehicle carrying four males. The vehicle was traveling S/B Brockton Ave. approaching Ramona Dr. and for unknown reasons drifted to the right and struck the curb. The vehicle continued S/B on Brockton and struck a traffic signal, knocking it down. The vehicle continued S/B and struck a fire hydrant on the other side of the intersection.

The Riverside Fire Department was able to remove the males from the vehicle and treated them at scene, then transport all to local hospitals.

The right front passenger identified as 20 year-old Sean Brandriff of the City of Orange and the right rear passenger identified as 18 year-old Chris Archer of Riverside were transported to Riverside Community Hospital in very critical condition. Read more at riversideca.gov.
